Full-priced merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Sale items are not returnable.
Upon receipt of properly returned merchandise, customers will receive a refund to the original purchaser's credit card or store credit. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and fragrant free with the store tags still attached. Any item(s) with any indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear or undergarments.
When we receive the merchandise, depending on your instructions (see below), we will either credit the original form of payment issue store credit or exchange for desired items. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Customer bears the cost of shipping returned items back, however, exchanged garments are shipped back to the customer free of charge (Ground shipping and domestic shipments only)
We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you track your return. Shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL provide the tracking info as part of the service, while USPS offers delivery confirmation for a small additional fee.
